As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be a key person in supporting data analytics accuracy for marketing and reporting efforts for agency clients. This lead role will support the team by configuring and auditing conversion tracking for all paid ads accounts (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn et. al.) utilizing GTM to ensure conversions are being properly tracked.

Additional responsibilities include management and oversight of HawkSEM’s ConversionIQ product. ConversionIQ integration requires familiarity with top CRM platforms (Hubspot and Salesforce) in order to ensure that customer lifecycle stages are being properly mapped for the purposes of reporting on marketing efficacy. The continued development of ConversionIQ is a great opportunity to build a product that yields added functionality for CRM users by improving reporting on lead quality and ROI generated by agency efforts.


  • Work with account managers to identify conversion events, set up triggers, and audit functionality
  • Lead strategic tracking initiatives on behalf of clients
  • Onboard new client accounts by performing Google Analytics account audits
  • Facilitate measurement planning and execution with account managers and clients
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and return on investment
  • Ensure data continuity between paid ads platforms
  • Routinely check on client accounts to ensure conversions are being tracked and troubleshoot any tracking issues
  • Set up and configure ConversionIQ reports for clients using Google Data Studio
  • Report on KPIs using Google Data Studio


  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Ability to locate pixels and tracking templates within online advertising platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Ability to use debuggers to confirm tracking is working properly and/or identify issues and solutions
  • Experience with Google Data Studio
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and customer lifecycle stages
  • Experience with the setup, configuration, and use of UTM parameters as they pertain to tracking
  • Excellent project management skills, driving multiple initiatives and rollouts to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability when there is no supervision (very important for remote teams)
