We are now looking for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow with us as we project continued company growth.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and work together to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified digital marketing talent, focusing on growing our SEM, SEO, and Paid Social departments.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Strategically source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Finder, using compelling messaging that yields high open and reply rates.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct daily interviews with strong employer brand ambassadorship and maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive talent.
  • Coordinate technical skills assessments and all additional interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Record candidate updates using our Asana project management tool to ensure all decision-makers are informed throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain high-touch communication and transparent feedback with candidates.
  • Stay informed on current recruiting trends and take the initiative to suggest improvements to our talent acquisition practices.
  • Assist with other TA tasks including intake meetings, writing job descriptions, checking references, creating recruitment marketing materials, and pre-onboarding tasks.
  • Assist the Senior People Operations Manager as needed with HR tasks like onboarding, performance reviews, employee gifting, and engagement initiatives.

Ideally, you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an internal talent acquisition or recruiting role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and keeping candidates engaged.
  • Proven experience sourcing hard-to-find candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with other sourcing tools like Indeed Resume Finder and Boolean search operators.
  • Experience conducting video interviews and supporting candidates as you coordinate additional interview steps.
  • Some knowledge within the digital marketing space (a plus but not necessary, training is provided).
  • Self-motivation, good time management skills, and a strong sense of accountability when there is no supervision (essential for remote teams).
